Claire completed a medical degree in UCC graduating in 2011. Since then she completed her internship in CUH and the Mercy as well as her basic specialist training in medicine. Following this Claire began the higher specialist training in cardiology. During this time, she worked in both Cork and Dublin. As part of this training scheme she has taken up the post of clinical researcher here at Tyndall. She is doing an M.D. in collaboration with the Center for Research in Vascular Biology in UCC.
