Daniyal is working with the Biophotonics Group at IPIC as an early-stage researcher within the H2020 MSCA PHAST-ETN project. Prior to this, he has been working towards developing novel optical sensing solutions for water and milk contamination. His current work focuses on developing an optical guidance setup for precise malignant tissue identification for surgical guidance. His research interests include spectroscopic and image guided sensing for healthcare diagnostics.
