As a researcher in the III-V materials and devices group in Tyndall national institute since 2018, I work on micro-LEDs for next generation displays utilising transfer printing technologies. Before joining Tyndall, I received full funding from the Faculty of Engineering in the University of Sheffield pursuing my PhD degree from 2014 to 2018, where my research field is about the III-nitrides epitaxy using metal-organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD).Prior to that, I completed a Masters study focusing on the InGaN-based LEDs fabrication and characterization in the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2011 to 2014, during which I visited Taiwan University for an academic exchange over 6 months. I received my Bachelor degree from the University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2011.
